Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Associate to curate and manage our audio content library for JioTunes, ensuring a seamless user experience across music tracks, ringtones, and caller tunes.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage audio content for JioTunes, including music tracks, ringtones, and caller tunes.
- Implement content quality checks to maintain consistency and deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Utilize data analytics for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with different teams such as Label Relations, Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Manage reporting tasks and resolve customer queries for JioTunes, ensuring smooth operation through resource management, data maintenance, and collaboration with teams.
- Improve user experience and assist with customer queries.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Knowledge of content management tools is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Attention to detail with accuracy in organising content and managing metadata.
- Interest in music and willingness to stay updated with digital trends.
- Basic understanding of technical specifications for audio formats is a plus.
