State-of-the-art machinery supports the production of aluminum foil containers, paper trays, and packaging lines, further enhancing their portfolio.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) Modern Trade-North based in Gurugram. The ASM will manage and grow the modern trade channel for the northern region, ensuring sales targets are met and relationships with key accounts are maintained and expanded. Key responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with the distribution network. The role also involves providing regular sales reports, developing promotional plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong background in Sales Management, Channel Development, and achieving sales targetsExperience in Key Account Management, Strategic Planning, and Building Client RelationshipsAbility to conduct Market Analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective sales strategiesProficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skillsFamiliarity with the FMCG, FMCD, or packaging industry is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredCapability to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to market dynamicsWillingness to operate in an on-site full-time capacity in Gurugram & North Region
