Job description

JD for Vice President Finance : (PPP/ Investment Expert)

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

2.    Should have 5-7 years of experience in finance and/or sustainable finance.

3.    Should have experience in working with government / private agencies for arranging funds/ investments on PPP mode.

4.    Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and team management.

5.    Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance principles, and transaction execution processes.


Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of comprehensive & PPP Financial model.

2. Approaching potential investors/ private partners for fund raising and negotiating Term Sheets to achieve financial closure

 3. Manage coordination with key stakeholders’ viz. investors, clients, regulatory bodies, MLFA & third-party sector experts and other stakeholders for origination, structuring and successful closure of deals

4. Industry & market research to identify business opportunities and creating client database, making pitch presentations, and participating in negotiations

5. Project Structuring & Financial Advisory in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode.

6. Fund Mobilization by MLFA

7. Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and other quantitative analysis tools.

8. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex financial advisory projects, fund management, green bonds, capital raising, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives.

9. Understand project needs, requirements, deliverables and proactively address any issues or concerns related to fund management

10. Financial risk management associated with the project through required frameworks
