📋 Job Opportunity: Talent & Culture Specialist

📍 Location: Gurugram, On-Site


🎯 What You’ll Do:


  • Be the Talent Scout: Help us find the best talent by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop smart sourcing strategies.
  • Social Media Sleuth: Use online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Event Planner: Help organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Industry Insider: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


💻 What You Bring:


  • A graduate or post-graduation degree in any specific domain and a passion for recruitment.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and a keen eye for spotting great talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
