Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled **Tally ERP Specialist** to manage and optimize our accounting and financial systems using Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting functions, financial data analysis, and ensuring the seamless integration of Tally ERP with other business systems. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP functionalities, including accounting, inventory management, and GST compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tally ERP Management: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the Tally ERP system for accounting and financial processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate accurate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements using Tally ERP.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, data entry, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • GST & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related matters using Tally ERP’s in-built capabilities.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and asset tracking through Tally ERP.
  • Process Optimization: Customize Tally ERP to meet specific business requirements, create reports, and improve workflows.
  • User Training: Train and support staff on Tally ERP functionalities and updates.
  • System Integration: Integrate Tally ERP with other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for any issues related to Tally ERP and troubleshoot accounting discrepancies.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Tally ERP, particularly in an accounting or finance role.
  • Certifications: Tally certification is preferred.


Technical Skills:

  •  Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and/or TallyPrime.
  •  Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
  •  Understanding of financial accounting, inventory management, and payroll functions.
  •  Ability to generate custom reports and perform data analysis.


Soft Skills:

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication and training skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Tally ERP with other software systems.
  • Expertise in automating financial processes and reporting through Tally.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database management tools to support ERP functionalities.
