Position Overview: As an International Senior International Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our power supply products into international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on global opportunities, increase revenue, and drive sales growth through strategic market entry and development.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to introduce and promote our power supply products in new international markets.

Sales Growth: Increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales deals in the global market.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, partners, and customers to enhance market presence and drive sales.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in target markets.

Export Management: Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and managing logistics and documentation.

Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to international market entry and growth.


Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in international business development, International sales, or International export management, preferably in the electronics or power supply industry.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.


Skills: Strong understanding of global market dynamics, trade regulations, and export procedures.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
