Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D graphics for a variety of marketing materials such as social media ads, website banners, email templates, promotional flyers, event collateral, brochures, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are in line with IBFW Hospitality's brand guidelines and communicate our brand’s identity effectively.
  • Banners & Ads Creation: Design engaging and attention-grabbing banners and creatives for both digital and print platforms (websites, social media, and advertising campaigns).
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and events teams to understand the design requirements and deliver creative solutions that support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Multimedia Design: Utilize tools like CorelDRAW and Adobe After Effects to create animations, videos, and dynamic visuals that enhance the overall marketing content.
  • Adapt for Multiple Channels: Design assets that can be used across various platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Creative Solutions: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and appealing to our target audience.
  • Feedback Implementation: Revise and adjust designs based on feedback from the team and clients to ensure the final output meets expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. Experience with Adobe InDesign and other design tools is a plus.
  • Design Expertise: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles. Ability to design across both digital and print mediums.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to understand briefs and execute designs that align with marketing goals.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your previous design work, with examples of social media creatives, banners, and other marketing materials.
