About the Role:
As part of the Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative brand strategies for our diverse range of luxury offerings, including our premium food and beverage (F&B) experiences, retail and luxury real estate projects. Your expertise in brand strategy and concept writing will be pivotal in elevating our brand presence, tone of voice, driving engagement, and establishing a strong market position through impactful storytelling and strategic content development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury branding, a flair for creative marketing, and a proven track record in developing compelling brand narratives and concepts.

What You Will Be Doing:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and refine brand strategies that align with our overall business goals and market positioning.
- Create and articulate clear, compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from competitors.
Concept Writing and Ideation:
- Develop innovative and creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine concepts that effectively communicate our brand values and unique selling points.
Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Craft engaging and high-quality copy for various marketing channels, including website, social media, campaigns, sales collaterals and all other touch points.
- Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO.
Brand Storytelling:
- Develop and communicate compelling brand stories that elevate our brand presence and engage customers.
- Create narratives that highlight the unique aspects of our luxury offerings and strengthen our brand identity.
Management of Content Writers:
- Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinate the work of content writers to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the content team.
Content Management:
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5-7 years as a senior copywriter or brand strategist in the luxury advertising or lifestyle industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and compelling concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Experience in managing a team of content writers, with a track record of fostering talent and achieving high-quality output.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to measure the impact of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
