Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Social Media Executive

Location: Bangalore (NO WFH option Available)


Job Type: Full-time


Introduction:  We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our client’s social media accounts and campaigns. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between the clients and our agency, ensuring all social media activities align with the brand's objectives and enhance their digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding all social media initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of social media creatives/content, ensuring they meet brand standards and client expectations.
  • Publish content across various social platforms and monitor page activities to gauge engagement and effectiveness.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to DMs, comments, and other interactions to foster community growth and engagement.
  • Proactively develop innovative campaign ideas and provide clear, concise briefs to the creative team.
  • Drive client retention and account growth by consistently exceeding expectations and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly propose new methods and strategies to drive success for client businesses, focusing on measurable outcomes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies, trends, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads Manager.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within a marketing or advertising agency.
