Qualifications

Required

  • At least 15+ years of relevant information technology, information security and/or Cyber Security Operation experience.
  • 10+ years of Experience with at least one of the capability - Threat Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Hunting (TH), Threat Intelligence (TI), Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management (VM), Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) or Security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR)
  • Deep understanding of Security Engineering Principles and Patterns, and Threat modeling techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and operating large scale security operation center
  • Proven relationship management skills and experience establishing rapport, trust and confidence with key stakeholders
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from defined security services related sources (tools, monitoring techniques etc.) and reporting them to Senior management include CXOs
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven unique industry experience/s that aid in providing differentiated services to our clients or proven deep expertise in the area/s of finance/ technology/ operations/ talent/ clients and markets/ alliances and ecosystems that help bolster our services to our clients
  • Understanding of industry regulatory and compliance requirements (i.e., PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPAA) and skilled at interpreting the compliance and security requirements into implementable and repeatable controls.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global multi-stakeholder team environment
  • Open to travel based on business requirements
  • Experience in driving practice transformations (scaling, cost/profitability improvements and leadership development)
  • Experience in the creation and maintenance of security policies and procedures, managing the protection of information systems and assets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
  • Experience with engaging C-Level executives and developing cyber risk strategies to address broad security issues.
  • Experience with leading multiple distributed teams across different geographies.

Preferred:

  • Previous Technology /Security Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
  • Depth of experience and knowledge in Cyber defense technologies
  • Certifications such as: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Azure, GCP Cloud Architect, CCSP
  • Knowledge of security and privacy-related industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CSA CCM) is a plus.
  • Ability to develop compelling proposals for client to clearly articulate the need for information security.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
