Performance Marketing Manager

Miles Education, the Flagbearer for Accountants, is committed to empowering accountants globally, bridging the gap in skilled professionals worldwide. We are growing by diversifying our portfolio, Miles has other business verticals Futurense (Tech JV), MedSkills (Healthcare JV,) Mojo Campus (Student Housing JV). We're also working on an ambitious new initiative (moon-shot) to disrupt higher education - Miles Campus. Our target revenues for the upcoming fiscal year is INR 500 crores+ and we will continue to be profitable. We are bootstrapped but we're expecting fund raising and are a soon-to-be-unicorn ("soonicorn")

Performance Marketing Manager Roles and Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and take informed decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth. • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to, social (LI, Meta, Google), SEM, and display to drive Lead Generation and increase ROI. • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy, using quantitative analysis. • Identify marketing performance issues and carry out the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools. • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards: demand funnel, media planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs. • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies. • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and Cost per Lead (CPL) across all channels.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience (2-5 Years) in a quantitative marketing role, managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. • In-platform execution experience - setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. • Understanding of data or data modeling and being able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders. • Some experience of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
