Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer at JustCopy.AI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include coding, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be involved in setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior developers. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and technology stack. Qualifications Proficiency in software development, coding, and debuggingExperience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a remote teamExperience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in startup environments is a plusKnowledge of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies
