Job Summary:

The .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications within the .NET framework. This role involves application architecture design, database modeling, and delivering scalable, high-quality, and reliable software solutions. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, stakeholders, and fellow developers, to ensure successful project execution. Experience in the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain is mandatory, as the position requires creating solutions that address the specific challenges and needs of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using the .NET framework and related technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

2.    Lead the application architecture design and database modeling to deliver robust and efficient solutions tailored to business requirements.

3.    Participate in and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

4.   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, refine project goals, and provide technical guidance.

5.    Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, while providing constructive feedback to team members.

6.   Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges to maintain system stability and reliability.

7.   Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment and encouraging continuous learning and skill development.

8.   Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals.

9.   Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency, code quality, and system performance.

10. Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are integrated into all stages of the development process, particularly in healthcare and RCM domain applications.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
  3. Experience in the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domains is mandatory, with a strong understanding of industry workflows, compliance standards, and challenges.
  4. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  5. Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
  6. Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and jQuery.
  7. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
  8. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  9. Experience with source control systems such as Git or SVN.
  10. Experience with API Technologies.

11.   Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
