Lead Blockchain Developer


Our client is a startup with the ambitious goal of creating the next Internet. They are dedicated to empowering the next billion users and democratizing the creation and unlocking of value on the Internet. With human interactions at the core, our technology acts as an enabler to unlock new opportunities for all Internet users, not the privileged few.

The company is building global businesses in the deep tech field. First is in Blockchain where they have built a compliant and regulated permissioned blockchain, where we are building to host entire dapp & defi ecosystem. We have built Product of Tokenization Exchange and thereafter have applied for a VARA license in Dubai, to take forward our real-world assets tokenization. A separate team is building an entire immersive tech ecosystem that will have a language-agnostic platform (similar to Nvidia omniverse), where we will offer photorealistic VR content across multiple platforms. We have an in-house creative team, & a Unity/ Tech team building immersive terrains, with white-label products under testing/ augmentation.


Role: Lead Blockchain Developer

Location: Noida


What will you get to do?

You will drive technical design, re-design, remodeling and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As a Blockchain Lead, you partner with cross-functional teams, Product Managers as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, and technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews.


You will build processes for team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership. We expect you to do a detailed & periodic assessment of people, define their career path, and ensure knowledge transfer. Your role will range from implementing the Chain code Interface to developing niche smart contracts (Chain Code). You will create complex distributed ledger/ blockchain architecture solutions in Hyperledger Fabric setup & configuration.


Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Blockchain development, on Public, Private and Consortium blockchains.

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. Master’s is good to have.

Strong exposure in Hyperledger Fabric projects implementation, implementing apps on top of HF using Angular or React front-end and NodeJS services.

Strong experience in writing chain code using Go Lang or Node.js

Exposure & hands-on Consensus like PBFT, Raft, POA, POW etc.

Understanding of dockers/ usage of Git, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes.

Any experience in one of the Cloud platforms AWS or Azure or IBM Blue Mix is an advantage.
