Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Solution Design:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.

- Create comprehensive solution architecture, including data models, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the Salesforce implementation.


2. Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

- Leverage Salesforce functionalities to design optimal technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams.


3. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

- Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

- Implement complex business logic and automation using Salesforce technologies.


4. Integration:

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

- Utilize Salesforce APIs, web services, middleware, and ETL tools for seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.


5. Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct code reviews, offer guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles and best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.


6. System Optimization and Performance:

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and data quality problems.

- Optimize Salesforce configurations, code, and data models to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues.


7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams.

- Gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.


8. Documentation and Training:

- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.


9. Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or a similar role.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Solid understanding of data models, workflows, and user interfaces in Salesforce.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
