Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, for a full-time role with shift timings of 10 AM - 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience and expertise in conducting psychometric assessments. This role involves diagnosing psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing counseling and therapy, and supervising interns.


Key Responsibilities:Psychometric Assessments:
  • Administer and interpret psychometric tests to diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Diagnosis & Treatment:
  • Diagnose mental health disorders and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to address various psychological concerns.
Monitor Client Progress:
  • Regularly meet with clients to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to ensure long-term well-being.
Goal Setting & Action Plans:
  • Assist clients in setting and achieving personal, social, and vocational goals.
  • Implement effective coping strategies and therapeutic techniques.
Therapeutic Approaches:
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness methods to improve client well-being.
Counseling & Client Support:
  • Offer structured counseling sessions to address stress, anxiety, depression, and other psychological issues.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
Supervising & Training Interns:
  • Mentor psychology interns in case conceptualization, therapy techniques, and ethical clinical practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for interns to enhance their practical skills.
NGO Visits & Community Outreach:
  • Conduct psychometric assessments and counseling sessions for underprivileged communities in collaboration with NGOs.
  • Participate in mental health awareness programs and workshops.
Documentation & Confidentiality:
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and comply with clinic policies.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client information.
Crisis Intervention:
  • Provide immediate psychological support in crisis situations.
  • Develop crisis management strategies for high-risk clients.
Professional Development:
  • Engage in workshops, clinical training, and team meetings to stay updated on the latest psychological techniques.
  • Participate in continuous learning and peer discussions to enhance clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience, including psychometric assessments and therapy.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid license (RCI/M.Phil) to conduct psychometric assessments and psychological therapy.
