Overview:

We are actively seeking highly skilled Unreal Engine C++ Programmers who are proficient in crafting interactive and visually engaging virtual environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, well-documented C++ code for AR and VR applications using Unreal Engine.
• Design and implement complex gameplay mechanics, interactive features, and user interfaces using both C++ and Unreal Engine's Blueprints.
• Maintain and enhance a shared codebase for core system Unreal Plugins.
• Develop logic and AI components for immersive game environments.
• Create integrations for new hardware and peripherals, and initiate new Unreal projects based on the core system.
• Work collaboratively with level designers and artists to integrate designs seamlessly with functional implementations.
• Optimize and refine systems based on user feedback to maximize engagement and performance.
• Troubleshoot and correct bugs using standardized source control and issue-tracking systems.

• Expertise in Unreal Engine programming.
• Proficiency in VR programming.
• Advanced C++ programming skills.

Essential Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Demonstrated experience in Unreal Engine plugin development using C++.
• Skilled in using Blueprints and creating shader graphs.
• Strong understanding of networking principles applicable to Unreal Engine.
• A solid foundation in linear algebra with a good eye for visual design and UX principles.
• Commitment to writing clean, readable code that adheres to SOLID principles.

Desired Experience:

• Experience developing VR content.
• Background in 3D content creation and familiarity with real-time asset pipelines.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, optical motion capture systems, Arduino, and Perforce source control.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Unreal Engine development, particularly with C++.
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming and 2D/3D game development.
• Proficient in AR and VR technology, including hardware and software ecosystems.
• Expertise in key game engine concepts like lighting, shaders, materials, meshes, and scripting.
• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
