Salesforce Specialist:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Certified Salesforce Solution Specialist with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate has min 05 years of salesforce experience and possess a robust background in Salesforce consulting, with a proven track record of working directly with end-users, gathering requirements, and effectively communicating technical solutions.

This multifaceted role requires expertise in diverse Salesforce roles, including Administration, Development, Business Analysis, and Architecture, with a particular emphasis on development skills (25%) and exposure to various clouds, including Service and Community Cloud. Certification in relevant Salesforce domains, including knowledge of Lightning Web Components, is a key requirement for this role.


Responsibilities:

End-User Collaboration:

  • Work closely with end-users to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.

Salesforce Consulting:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform to provide effective solutions.
  • Guide and advise on best practices for Salesforce implementation.

Multi-Role Expertise:

  • Serve as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for configuration, customization, and maintenance of the platform.
  • Act as a Salesforce Developer, designing and implementing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Conduct Business Analysis to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Function as a Salesforce Architect, providing overall system architecture and design expertise.

Development Skills (25%):

  • Write, test, and deploy high-quality code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform.

Certification Requirements:

  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Developer, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and have expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Cloud Exposure:

  • Work with various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Leverage expertise in cloud-based solutions to enhance overall system capabilities.

Requirements Management:

  • Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the Salesforce environment.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on end-user interactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Administration, Development, Business Analysis, and Architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
