  • 8-15 years of IT Application Development Experience across major technologies
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Mendix Developer Certification Level of minimum “Advanced”
  • Mendix Experience of at least 6 projects
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Java skills
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • BE/Tech or Equivalent in Computer Science or Related fields
  • Location: Pan India


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for solution design of his/her application
  • Work closely with PMO, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to understand the overall requirements, user stories etc. and refine the stories, estimate the story points, and assign them to the team members
  • Guide the developers in building the solution
  • Code review of each component
  • Review the Unit Test plan and results
  • Participate in functional testing along with business analysts
  • Responsible for developing integrations to the other system/services
  • Responsible for code development, as per available capacity
  • Responsible for application performance and security improvements
