Job Description
This is a 100% remote part-time position for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Chief Investment Office Program who will serve in an educational capacity. This role will be responsible for creating course outlines, developing assessment activities, writing, and recording lecture videos, and reviewing learning materials for an online program. This is a great role for someone who wants work flexibility and the chance to diversify their resume with consultancy and teaching experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of business administration, finance, economics with a master’s in management.
- 5plus years of extensive work in Investment Management, including experience and knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products, trusts, stocks, bonds, and shares.
- Experience working in a leadership or strategic role, including solid knowledge in planning, negotiations, decision making and organizational development.
- Experience with future-oriented leadership approaches.
- Skilled in navigating organizational dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience building a culture of belonging and creating high impact teams.
- Experience in a teaching environment or speaking and engaging an audience of c-level learners.
- Effective communication in a management setting across functional roles and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.

- Experience creating and implementing strategies across all sectors of an organization.
- Intermediate knowledge of industry best practices and strategic planning across the organization.
- Experience with customer-oriented projects, manage, and deploy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create assignments, activities, knowledge checks, and quizzes.
- Review assignments.
- Review draft and final video edits.
- Review assignments and video content from existing courses and determine how to best repurpose it for this program.
- Identify additional resources.
- Write or edit connective text for videos and activities.
Time Commitment
Estimated 8 hours per module.
Expected duration to January ,2025
