We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Sales/Business Development Manager to enhance relationships with current distributors and build new partnerships.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Manager Sales and Business Development. Selected candidates can either work from Noida or Mumbai.


What you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distribution partners to drive growth.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new distributors to expand our market presence.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to enhance distribution channels and boost market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional campaigns and training materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Carry AUM growth target.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 4 years specifically in PMS, mutual fund, or AIF sales.
  • MBA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a top Management College.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with distributors and driving sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of PMS, mutual funds, or related financial products.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
