Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that engages and educates our target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Partnerships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer behavior and experience in creating customer-centric marketing strategies.
