Job Description:

Responsibilities:


Student Counseling:

  • Provide one-on-one counselling to students, offering personalized career advice and recommendations for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) program.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and address their queries about the CFP curriculum, career prospects, and certification requirements.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Set up meetings with colleges and corporate organizations to introduce and explain the benefits of the CFP program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners to promote the CFP program.

Student’s Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Update and manage student information in the CRM system to track counselling sessions and follow-ups.

Sales and Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments.
  • Track performance metrics and report on counselling outcomes and program effectiveness.

Market Expansion:

  • Explore new geographical areas and target demographics for expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to reach new audiences.

Social Media Management:

  • Handle social media accounts by creating and managing content that promotes the CFP program and engages with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential students.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.


Qualifications:

  • Any stream
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and corporate partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Passionate about education and career development in the financial planning sector.

Internship Duration:

  • This internship is for a duration of 9 - 12 months.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Stipend:

  • ₹8,000 per month
