Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kolkata for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Zest Rover Holidays. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing social media marketing strategies, digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, online marketing efforts, and effective communication to promote the company's travel services.


The Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Strategy Development
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Target Audience Research: Identify and understand target audiences to tailor campaigns effectively.
2. Campaign Management
  • Paid Advertising (PPC/Display Ads): Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to ensure high ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for organic growth and manage SEM campaigns for paid search visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to engage leads and customers, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
  • Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media campaigns, including organic and paid posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
3. Content Marketing
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging and high-quality content (blogs, videos, graphics, etc.) for digital channels.
  • Content Distribution: Ensure the content reaches the right audience at the right time, utilizing various channels like social media, blogs, and email.
4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager, and social media insights to assess the success of campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Use insights to tweak campaigns for better performance. A/B testing for landing pages, ads, and emails.
  • Regular Reporting: Provide monthly/quarterly reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, sales, engagement, and ROI.
5. Branding & Positioning
  • Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure the digital presence aligns with the brand’s overall voice, values, and objectives.
  • Competitor Research: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and refine the brand’s digital approach.
6. Budget Management
  • Budget Allocation & Optimization: Efficiently manage the budget across digital marketing channels, ensuring the best cost-efficiency.
  • ROI Analysis: Constantly evaluate the return on investment for each campaign and optimize where needed.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies using tools like email automation, retargeting ads, and personalized content.
  • Customer Retention: Work on campaigns that retain customers and increase customer lifetime value (CLV), including loyalty programs and post-purchase engagement.
8. Collaboration with Teams
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments (sales, product, design, etc.) to align digital marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • Client Relationship: For agencies or consultants, manage relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
9. Innovation & Trend Tracking
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Test New Channels: Experiment with new platforms or strategies to discover new growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Sound Knowledge in Meta Ads & Google Ads, Performance marketing funneling
  • Web Analytics and Online Marketing expertise
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
