SAP FICO Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configuration, and customization to optimize business processes.
- Manage project resources, including internal team members, consultants, and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
