The Power Automate Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into effective, scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 


Keys Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in designing and developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. 
  • Proficiency in integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. 
  • Experience with data integration and management using Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data sources. 
  • Familiarity with API integration, REST/SOAP services, and custom connector development. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with clients to gather and analyse business requirements for automation. 
  • Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. 
  • Integrate Power Automate with various data sources and services, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs. 
  • Develop custom connectors to extend the capabilities of Power Automate. 
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of automated solutions. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users and client teams on using Power Automate. 
  • Document workflow configurations, processes, and user guides. 
  • Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends.
