Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping IT projects on track?

We're looking for a skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in the successful delivery of our IT initiatives. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our project management function, ensuring all projects run smoothly and efficiently from initiation to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to maintain project organization.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource allocation and ensure team members have the tools and support they need.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT project coordination.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.) a plus.
