AI/ML – Senior Programmer Analyst (Exp: 3 to 5 Years)


We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with strong AI/ML expertise as a Senior Programmer Analyst:


  • Python Development & AI/ML Expertise:

1) 3+ years of experience in Python-based application development.

2) Proven expertise in developing AI/ML use cases and solutions.

  • AI Full Stack Development:

1) Strong knowledge in building fullstack AI applications, particularly in back-end, and

deployment pipelines.

2) Exposure to design & architecture of AI-based applications.

  • Generative-AI (Python, Lang chain, LLM’s, Multimodal LLM’s, LLM finetuning) & Advanced AI Solutions:

1) Expertise in Generative AI tools and frameworks such as Lang chain and RAG (Retrieval-

Augmented Generation).

2) Experience in using ML algorithms and developing solutions using them.

  • Programming & Database Skills:

1) Proficiency in Python and experience in working with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

2) Familiarity with PyTest for unit testing and working with FastAPI/POSTMAN.

  • Software Design & Best Practices:

1) Knowledge of SOLID principles and software design patterns to ensure maintainable and

scalable code.

2) Experience with Cloud development and Deployment on Azure, GCP and/or AWS.

  • Project Delivery & Publication:

1) Track record of developing, publishing, and deploying applications successfully.

2) Experience with unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.

  • Knowledge on Agile based development.
  • The ideal candidate should be a good team player and lead the team & solution.
  • Any technical certification in Python, AI/ML would be an advantage.
  • Should have good oral and written communication.
  • Should be proactive and adaptive.
