Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage both Chilled Water (CHW) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of these systems.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, handle site documentation, and assist with any troubleshooting or technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in HVAC & MEP systems.
  • Proven experience with both Chilled Water (CHW) and Direct Expansion (DX) systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with contractors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
