Brand Strategist - Production Team

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with onboarded brands to create User-Generated Content (UGC) videos. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, including writers, videographers, and editors, to ensure seamless video production from concept to final delivery. The Brand Strategist will play a crucial role in aligning shoots, managing editing tasks, and obtaining final approval from clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management :
  • Engage with brands onboarded to our platform to understand their UGC video needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the video production process.


  • Project Coordination :
  • Collaborate with internal teams (writers, videographers, and editors) to create engaging and high-quality UGC videos.
  • Align schedules and resources for video shoots, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Oversee the editing process, assigning tasks to editors and ensuring timely delivery of final videos.


  • Creative Strategy :
  • Develop creative strategies and concepts for UGC videos that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Provide direction and feedback to writers and videographers to ensure content meets client expectations and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UGC and digital marketing.


  • Quality Assurance :
  • Review video content for quality, coherence, and brand alignment before final delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals and make necessary revisions.
  • Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the agreed-upon specifications.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 Months of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and video production projects.


  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of UGC and digital content creation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with video production tools and software is a plus.
