Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Supply Chain Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our innovative products reach our customers efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce supply chain management, a deep understanding of logistics, inventory management, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.


Key responsibilities:

·      Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.

·      Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.

·      Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including warehousing, packaging, and shipping.

·      Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

·      Identify opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes.

·      Implement best practices and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

·      Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      2+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce.

·      Proven track record of managing supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

·      Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·      Proficient in supply chain software and technologies.

·      Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
