Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our solar solutions team in [specific region]. The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, overseeing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the solar industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the sales and operations teams within the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, incentives, and market trends to maximize opportunities for our customers.

• Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

• Oversee all aspects of the solar installation process, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into regional performance and market dynamics.

• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in Zoho and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

• Evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations about the business and financial viability of alternative opportunities.

• Establish long-term professional relationships with potential stakeholders and partners to promote the new processes and services

• Lead meetings and negotiations with stakeholders and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests.

• Creating marketing mix and finding key channels for new market activations

• Driving marketing campaigns using the optimal mix of digital and offline mediums


Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

•3-5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations management.

•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
