Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Required:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development
- 2+ years of experience with Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
- Proven track record of successful AI/ML implementation in production environments
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
