Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
3. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, income tax, etc.) and handling tax-related queries and audits.
4. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
6. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
7. Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
8. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Annual CTC: INR 3.6 - 4 Lakhs per annum
