OS1 is a technology platform to enable businesses with an ecosystem of software tools and applications that can help them achieve speed, scale and accuracy of logistics operations. These tools - developed in-house by Delhivery, have been instrumental in the company achieving best-in-class growth and operational efficiency over the last 10+ years, and are now available via the OS1 platform as easy to access SaaS and API-based solutions.


TransportOne - our flagship Transportation Management System, is the second SaaS application that we have launched on OS1. Targeted primarily at mid-large enterprise customers, it enables end-to-end digitization of outbound freight operations, while unlocking savings and efficiency across the organization. It helps businesses digitize their transporter relationships, optimize load allocation across FTL and LTL, provide real-time visibility of freight movement, and streamlines billing and recon activities.



About the Role

As a Product Lead for TMS, you have the opportunity to get in at level 0 and be a part of a team that is building SaaS solutions that will be deployed at scale globally. You will be responsible for creating the vision, defining the roadmap and owning the execution of TMS application that will drive impact across a multi-billion $ logistics industry and businesses across the world

The role is an inherent blend of business development, product management, product marketing, technology and stakeholder management. To succeed, you need to be a highly analytical, first principles thinker who is resourceful, goal-driven, has the ability to marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, and above all - enjoys getting their hands dirty, and thrives on end-to-end ownership


What you will do:

  • Create the vision, define the product roadmaps and own execution of TMS solution for a global user base
  • Lead cross-functional teams in close partnership with engineering and design
  • Meet with Platform Services’ global customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities and grow the product portfolio
  • Work closely with business development and customer success teams, and be the driving force behind building additional product & service capabilities that deeply understand and address user needs
  • Identify and define associated integration services and solutions required to ensure TMS serves the requirement of target Enterprise customers



Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of product management experience in internet startups / SaaS products / supply chain organization or e-commerce
  • Experience in building and scaling SaaS products/ solutions from the ground up
  • Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize
  • Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role
  • Domain knowledge of logistics (and TMS) is preferable, but not a qualifying criteria
