Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and respond to customer queries.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about promotions, offers, and discounts.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow the script provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English,Hindi
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
