Position: Global Securities operations


Required Skills: -

1 ISDA/ CSA terms set up knowledge

2 Good understanding of end to end Collateral Mgt operations with respect to OTC uncleared derivatives right from Margin call Issuance to Agreement and Settlements.

3 Knowledge of Margin call calculation, netting cashflows. Interest settlements /rollovers.

4 Good understanding of EMIR/DODD Franck act regulations with respect to new margining rules and OTC trade portfolio reconciliation & Disputes management.

5 Knowledge of Acadiasoft, Tri-resolve and ALGO applications an added plus.

6 Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to external clients.

7 Complete understanding of Cash, Equities and Bond settlements process. Knowledge of Swift messaging Payment system will be a plus.


Qualification: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree, MBA , MCOM


Experience: 3 - 5 years of End to end Collateral Management operations experience for OTC Uncleared Derivatives. and margin call calculation.
