What are we looking for:

We are looking for an MDM Developer to join our team. You are someone who has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, has detailed knowledge of various datasets like CRM, LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc., and configure the HCP and HCO demographics into MDM tool (Reltio/Informatica) configuration. A good knowledge of the Match & Merge, Survivorship, DCR, DS task resolution.


What you‘ll do:

· To collaborate with various teams/regions in driving facilitating data design, identifying architectural risks and key areas of improvement in the data landscape, and developing and refining data models.

· Technical experience and knowledge in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation- develop and test solutions to high standards of data quality and performance.

· Hands-on development lead- familiarity with data mastering, Reltio and Informatica MDM configuration for HCP and HCO subject area

· Ability to document the design of complex Master Data Management solutions, source-to-target mappings, match-merge, survivorship. rules, MDM architecture design considerations, and trade-offs, etc.

· Experience in leading and delivering data-centric projects with concentration on data quality and adherence to data standards and best practices.


Must have:

· 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Technology Pharmaceutical Domain

· Strong understanding of MDM concept with hands-on knowledge of implementing end-to-end complex MDM systems from scratch

· Should have done configurations on the MDM tool (Match & Merge, survivorship rule, base object, queries and packages and more)

· Able to understand, identify and recommend reporting needs and improvements.

· Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction.

· Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise-wide data solutions.

· Additional exposure to Azure, and AWS is good to have.
