Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Workday Data Consultant to enhance our team's capabilities. As a Workday Data Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and integrating the Workday system, with a key focus on data conversion, migration, and ensuring impeccable data standards. Your expertise in Workday's functionalities, particularly in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, will be essential. Collaborating closely with IT and HR teams, you will facilitate seamless Workday implementations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transitions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support data conversion activities during Workday M&A or implementations, encompassing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), with a comprehensive understanding of EIB sequence and interdependencies.
  • Deep understanding of HCM Business Processes delivered by Workday to correlate business logic with data effectively.
  • Strategize and execute data migration plans to transfer data from legacy systems into Workday.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related issues, including data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to unveil trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise data strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in Workday data management and consulting.
