Lead Generation Specialist – Fuel Card SalesLocation: Chandigarh, India Schedule: Night Shift (aligning with U.S. business hours)About the RoleLoop Services, LLC is hiring motivated Lead Generation Specialists to support our U.S. client — a leading logistics solutions provider — in expanding its Fuel Card Sales program. You’ll focus on engaging warm leads, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.This is a great opportunity to grow your career in outbound sales while working with a reputable global client in the logistics sector.Key ResponsibilitiesMake a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to warm prospects for fuel card and factoring programsSend 30–40 follow-up emails daily to interested leadsAccurately log all calls, emails, and updates in the CRMQualify and transfer leads to the Account Executive team with complete detailsMeet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targetsShare carrier insights and feedback during team syncsFuel Card Program Snapshot (Client Overview)(Client name withheld for confidentiality)Average Discount: ~$0.50 per gallonTransaction Fees: $0 in-network / $4 out-of-networkCustomer Service: Managed by AtoB through a dedicated U.S. support lineNetwork: Accepted nationwide via Visa rails at major gas stations and truck stopsTraining & EnablementFull onboarding on product, systems, and communication scriptsCRM and sales funnel trainingOngoing coaching and weekly performance feedbackCompensation & IncentivesBase Salary: ₹50,000 per monthPerformance Bonus: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualified lead targets)Transparent metrics and structured career growthWork Schedule & EnvironmentShift: 7 AM–4 PM CST / 8 AM–5 PM CST (India night hours)Workplace: Secure office with 24/7 access, onsite security, and company-provided shuttle serviceWho You AreBachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing a plusExcellent English communication (spoken and written)High-energy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing outbound volumeFamiliarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferredWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation with achievable performance bonusesStructured training and skill developmentExposure to a leading U.S. logistics clientSupportive, high-performance culture📧 To Apply: Send your CV to careers@loopservices.net
