It is located in Kolkata.About the RoleWe are looking for talented Senior Biostatisticians with at least 5 years of experience to join our growing Biostatistics Department in India.As a Biostatistician at VALOS, you will:Design, analyze, and interpret clinical studiesApply advanced statistical methodologies to clinical trials and RWE studiesContribute to the development of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and study reportsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data management, programming, medical writing, clinical operations)Experience as Trial Statistician within a CRO or pharmaceutical company is required, as well as the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.QualificationsMSc or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldProficiency in statistical programming (SAS and/or R)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentExperience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plusFor senior roles: proven experience in trial-level statistical leadershipRequired SkillsProficiency in statistical programming (SAS and/or R)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industryProven experience in trial-level statistical leadership for senior rolesPay range and compensation packageRs. 12 LPA to Rs. 20 LPA CTC based on experience and skills.
