If you are passionate about master data governance, quality, and enabling clean digital cores, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesImplement & support SAP MDM solutions across enterprise functionsManage data models, workflows, validation rules, and data governanceLead data migration, cleansing, enrichment & syndicationIntegrate SAP MDM with ECC / S/4HANA / CRM / SRM / PI/POTroubleshoot master data issues & improve data-quality processesWork with global business users and IT teams to streamline master dataQualifications5+ years of experience in SAP MDMStrong hands-on with MDM Console, Repository Manager, Data Manager, Import Manager, SyndicatorSolid understanding of Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner master dataKnowledge of IDocs, XML, SQL, SAP PI/POExposure to S/4HANA & MDG (a plus)Excellent communication & analytical skillsRialtes is a global digital transformation firm, delivering industry-specific AI, cloud, and enterprise planning solutions across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and APAC.
