Must Skills: BIW SYSTEMS - Body Side Panels, A, B, C Pillars, Closures (Doors, Roof, Bonnet, Tail Gate), Fender

Carrier Systems - Front End Carrier, Crash Management System.

For (3 to 5 years) JD:


Product Design & Development Skills -

1. Experience in Design & Development - BIW SYSTEMS - Body Side Panels, A,B,C Pillars, Closures (Doors, Roof, Bonnet, Tail Gate), Fender, Carrier Systems - Front End Carrier, Crash Management System.

2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 - Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM - Connect

3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes for Sheet metal parts.

4. Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations - Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc. for tooling feasibility.

5. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability)

6. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable


Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills -

1. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system.

2. Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.

3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.

4. Strong communication , Presentation & Documentation skills

For (5 to 8 years) JD:


Graduation: Mechanical Engineering


Must Skills: Catia V5/UG NX - Solid Modelling, Surfacing, Sheet metal module, Assembly, DMU Check & Drafting

2. Experience as Single Point of Contact for Customer & Internal Teams.

3. Project Plan preparation, Issue Resolution Skills., Maintain project status.

4. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery Time lines for responsible system.

5. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer.

6. Resolve ambiguity through Technical and Strong communication skills with customer & Internal teams.

7. Strong communication, Presentation & Documentation skills
