Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients social media presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled content creator, and an expert at engaging communities across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and calendars to align with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and foster community growth.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, and product) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (paid ads, promotions, sponsored content).
  • Explore opportunities for influencer marketing and partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work creatively, independently, and in a team.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
