Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.


We are a small team with big dreams and are looking for talented individuals to join our passionate, mission driven team.We are looking for a Leader with passion for making a meaningful and positive impact in lives of people and the organization to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment and pushing the limits further. A passionate, energetic, proactive and self-motivated financial professional would be ideal for the role.


Responsibilities would include, among others, the following:

  • Working closely with the CFO for tactical and strategic business planning and effective execution of plans
  • Actively engaging in innovative fundraising initiatives
  • Plan and implement transformation of the finance function to manage exponential growth using technology
  • Engage cross functionally for driving achievement of the organization’s exponential growth ambitions
  • Implement a strong framework and work practices for enterprise risk management and compliance in all dimensions


Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / CMA / MBA Finance
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with well reputed, professionally managed organization(s)


Skills and Competencies:

  • Empathy for the financially marginalised and passion to create a credit revolution which helps make India an economically developed country.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Self-starter, proactive and self-motivated with excellent prioritization, execution and organization skills
