Who are we looking for?

We are seeking self-driven and experienced Construction Managers with prior experience working on large capital projects to join our exclusive talent pool of highly skilled consultants for upcoming projects in India. By joining our platform, consultants get the opportunity to work with some of the leading global strategy consulting and financial services firms.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large plant construction projects
  • Experience of having worked with either an engineering/construction/steel firm or experience of being a project management consultant for construction projects
  • A post-graduation degree from a top-tier university is mandatory


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Help validate progress on civil, structural, and mechanical erection at the site
  • Validating & refining project schedule
  • Conducting, planning & scheduling workshops
  • Cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders E.g., project team, PMC, design team, etc.
  • Day-to-day coordination with PMC, and EPC contractors – ensuring timely execution of work
  • Setting up governance – running reviews, tracking key metrics, preparing reports


Duration: Once shortlisted, contractual opportunities within this project will last between 6-18 months.
