Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content QA Specialist to create detailed Q&As based on high-quality slide decks from licensed SlideShare content. This role involves selecting diverse technical subjects, ensuring the information is accurate, and helping to enhance the understanding of intricate topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Selection: Review and filter slide decks from SlideShare based on views, relevance, and diversity of subjects to ensure high-quality content.
  • Develop Q&As: Create five independent questions and comprehensive answers for each selected slide deck, summarizing key points and extracting essential information.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside subject matter experts to verify the accuracy of the questions and answers, ensuring technical integrity.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit Q&A content for clarity and consistency, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from colleagues and leaders to continuously improve the quality of the content produced.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • Strong command of various technical subjects, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible language.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and quality control.
  • Experience in content creation, technical writing, or educational materials is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SlideShare and presentation creation software is a plus.
