Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal departments to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
2. Align marketing activities with the overall marketing calendar, with a focus on Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, and Lulu Connect.
3. Coordinate and oversee in-store visual merchandising execution to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
4. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
5. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in marketing or related field.
2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
6. Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Knowledge of retail marketing principles and strategies.
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
