Job Description:


The Senior Manager will lead the Online Delivery team, ensuring smooth operation

and coordination of live session experiences. This role involves strategic planning,

execution, and optimization of the online delivery process, along with sourcing and

collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from academia and industry. The

Senior Manager will ensure effective business relations with faculty, technical teams,

and SMEs while maintaining high standards in content delivery and training.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Team Management & Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of Online Delivery Executives, providing

guidance and performance feedback.

o Conduct regular meetings to track live session schedules, discussion

forums, and content management tasks.

o Establish best practices for consistent, high-quality delivery of online

sessions.


2. SME Onboarding & Collaboration:

o Identify, source, and onboard Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from

academia and industry to enhance course content and delivery.

o Develop and maintain a robust network of SMEs, ensuring their

engagement aligns with academic program requirements.

o Provide feedback, coaching, and training to SMEs as needed, ensuring

they are well-equipped to deliver content within institutional standards.

o Collaborate with SMEs on content creation, delivery improvements,

and integrating their expertise into the curriculum.


3. Operational Oversight:

o Plan and ensure timely execution of live sessions in coordination with

faculty and SMEs, aligning with academic schedules.

o Supervise the handling of discussion forums (asynchronous), ensuring

student responses are validated and published promptly.

o Ensure the smooth execution of each live session by overseeing LMS

and Zoom integrations, and managing any technical challenges.


4. Quality Assurance:

o Monitor live lecture delivery quality, ensuring all technical and

academic aspects meet institutional standards.

o Oversee editing and uploading of session recordings, ensuring they are

available on the LMS in a timely manner.


5. Reporting & Data Management:

o Review and validate MIS reports prepared by the team, ensuring

accurate tracking of lecture durations, faculty and SME participation,

session topics, and proof of delivery.

o Present operational reports to senior management with performance

metrics and recommendations for improvements.


6. Stakeholder Coordination:

o Act as the point of contact for faculty, SMEs, academic departments,

and technical support teams to resolve challenges related to online

course delivery.

o Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring

a collaborative and efficient workflow.


7. Continuous Improvement:

o Identify opportunities for process improvements in online delivery and

SME engagement, introducing automation or workflow enhancements

where applicable.

o Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies for improving online

delivery and SME collaboration.


Qualifications & Experience:


 Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (education, technology, or business

preferred).

 Preferred Experience of around 7-10 years of experience in managing online

education delivery, content development, or similar roles, with experience

working with SMEs.

 Proven experience in team management, stakeholder coordination, and

operational oversight.

 Strong familiarity with LMS tools, Zoom, MS Excel, and project management

software.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
