We are seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintainmilling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidateshould have hands-on experience with manual milling operations, ability to readtechnical drawings, and a strong focus on precision and quality.Key Responsibilities: Operate DRO milling machines to machine parts as per technical drawings. Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the machine. Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality. Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (e.g., vernier,micrometer, height gauge). Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor.Requirements: Experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Basic knowledge of tooling and machining processes. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred).
